And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** Provides operational support for batch processing, systems hardware, peripherals and software within data center and related facilities. Identifies, isolates, and resolves problems. Works in conjunction with the Application support staff to implement immediate resolutions to more critical problems. Work with Operations personnel to identify areas of possible automation and/or improvement to provide better customer service, enhance problem resolution techniques. Understands and manages problems utilizing defined Problem and Change Management Policies and Procedures. Provides all or many of the following services: service level support, administration and controls, procedural documentation, etc. Train teammates and fill Lead Role in absence of team lead. **Required Qualifications:** + 3-5 years experience in a Data Center Batch Operations role and knowledge of ROBOT and IWS scheduling tools. **Preferred Qualifications** + Must be organized and have the ability to multitask, Ability to diagnose basic issues and problem solving, Good communication skills Logical, decisive thinker, Good team player **Education** High School graduate or equivalent **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $35.29 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
