Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing team, with a primary focus on Brand Management, Portfolio Marketing, and Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for Healthcare B2B technology-enabled business services environment. This role will work closely with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to drive revenue growth, elevate brand presence, and strengthen market positioning. 

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Brand Management 

  • Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with the healthcare provider market. 

  • Oversee brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and alignment across all channels and touchpoints. 

  • Continuously monitor brand health and perception through market research and competitive analysis. 

  • Key Brand Metrics: 

  • Brand Awareness (e.g., share of voice, mentions, media reach) 

  • Brand Recall and Sentiment (qualitative and quantitative feedback) 

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) or equivalent brand advocacy metrics 

     

  1. Portfolio Marketing 

  • Define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the company’s portfolio of healthcare B2B services. 

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to create compelling value propositions that address market and customer needs. 

  • Conduct ongoing market assessments to identify growth opportunities and inform product roadmaps. 

  • Key Portfolio Metrics: 

  • Product/Service Adoption Rates (e.g., usage, new clients onboarded) 

  • Cross-sell/Upsell Revenue (incremental revenue from existing clients) 

  • Segment Penetration or Market Share (growth in targeted segments) 

     

  1. Performance Marketing 

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) to generate leads and drive conversion. 

  • Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness. 

  • Leverage marketing automation and analytics tools to provide actionable insights, recommendations, and continuous campaign improvements. 

  • Key Performance Metrics: 

  • Leads generated (Marketing Qualified Leads [MQLs], Sales Qualified Leads [SQLs]) 

  • Conversions (e.g., demo requests, trial sign-ups, closed deals) 

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) 

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) 

  • Pipeline Contribution and Marketing Influence on Revenue 

     

  1. Team Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a global marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance. 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations, etc.) to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. 

  • Champion best practices in marketing operations, project management, and process improvement. 

     

  1. Stakeholder Engagement & Thought Leadership 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders. 

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to increase brand visibility. 

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars) relevant to healthcare providers. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. 

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing to Healthcare Providers (hospitals, clinics, physician networks, etc.) and deep understanding of their unique challenges and needs. 

  • Technical & Functional Skills 

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot). 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make strategic recommendations. 

  • Experience with brand management, product marketing, and demand generation in a B2B context. 

  • Leadership & Soft Skills 

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a global marketing team, including remote team members. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. 

  • Strong project management skills; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strategic, creative thinker with a growth mindset and customer-centric approach. 

     

Salary Range: 80k base + 40k Performance Bonus
