Job Description:

We are seeking a talented IT Recruiter based in Mexico with experience recruiting for both the Mexico region and US-based roles . The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals while working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Workday . This is a remote position but requires the recruiter to be based in Mexico .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions in Mexico and the US region .
• Source and engage with top IT talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
• Utilize Workday ATS for tracking candidates, managing pipelines, and reporting recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices in IT hiring.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience as a Recruiter specializing in IT hiring for both Mexico and US-based roles .
• Strong sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to identify top technical talent.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS (or similar applicant tracking systems).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a global team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred but not mandatory).
