Description
Senior Integrated Absence Management Consultant is responsible for initiating workers' compensation claims with the Emergency Physicians of the Swedish Emergency Departments; providing positive outcomes and diligent follow-up with physicians, insurers, employers, patients, and employees. Electronic medical record review, insurers electronic system input, auditing and reporting, meticulous problem solving, and crisis management are required. A working knowledge of the Washington State workers' compensation system, medical record review, medical center registration, and billing would be desirable, but not essential prior to starting.
