Senior Integrated Absence Management Consultant is responsible for initiating workers' compensation claims with the Emergency Physicians of the Swedish Emergency Departments; providing positive outcomes and diligent follow-up with physicians, insurers, employers, patients, and employees. Electronic medical record review, insurers electronic system input, auditing and reporting, meticulous problem solving, and crisis management are required. A working knowledge of the Washington State workers' compensation system, medical record review, medical center registration, and billing would be desirable, but not essential prior to starting.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree.
• 6 years - Related job experience and/or training.
• Experience working with an adult outpatient population and workers' compensation.
• Demonstrated track record of successful public relations in a health care setting with possession of strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
