Invisible Narratives, the first-of-its-kind tra-digital studio founded by Adam Goodman and Michael Bay, is looking for a Senior Designer - Consumer Products and Branding. Our track record of turning unexpected IP into billion-dollar franchises speaks for itself, and now with Skibidi Toilet, we're pioneering the future of digital-native entertainment. Who We're Looking For : A hands-on designer who brings strong illustration skills and consumer products experience to the table. You've worked on brand and product design teams, know how to create compelling style guides, and can both execute and guide others in creating high-quality design work. You understand how to translate digital IP into physical products because you've done it before – whether that's designing for toys, apparel, accessories, or other consumer goods.

What You'll Do :

• Create and maintain compelling style guides for our licensing partners
• Design key art, illustrations, and product applications
• Work with licensing partners to ensure design quality and brand consistency
• Guide internal and external designers while maintaining a hands-on role
• Develop product designs across multiple categories (toys, apparel, accessories)
• Collaborate with our entertainment teams to maintain brand cohesion

What You Need :

• Strong illustration skills, especially in vector-based design
• Experience designing for consumer products (toys, apparel, accessories)
• Expert knowledge of typography and layout design
• Portfolio showcasing brand and product design work
• Understanding of manufacturing requirements and limitations
• Background in entertainment, gaming, or digital media brands
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
