Job Description
Salary: $1575 / Week
$45/ Hr
Monday - Friday 35 hrs/week
Full time or Part time substituting available as well
Insurance Benefits available
Start 25-26 School year
The School Nurse (RN) identifies and treats health conditions among students in the school setting. The RN provides instruction for the student's general wellbeing and disease prevention. The School Nurse must assess the student's physical condition in the school setting and refer the student to appropriate resources as needed to be successful in school.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current nursing license for the state in which the nurse practices
+ Pediatric experience, preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
