Key Responsibilities:

Provide telephone triage services for both pediatric and adult patients.
Utilize your nursing expertise to assess symptoms, offer guidance, and direct patients to appropriate care.

Ideal Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in emergency departments, call centers, or triage in a provider office.
Strong computer skills and the ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
Excellent multitasking abilities and a quick-thinking mindset.
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
Compact nurses are welcome to apply, though additional state licenses will be required.
