Retail Store Associates Location Kent, WA :

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated. dependable, and customer-oriented Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Looking for someone who can work on Saturdays and Evening Weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance with their purpose of visit
• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Take responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc.

Shifts

• Weekdays Afternoons/ Closings (12pm-7pm)
• Saturdays (9am-5pm)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Computer Literacy /Tech-Savy
• Retail/customer service experience
• Good communication and people skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Able to cross-sell and up-sell products and services
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS devices
• Outstanding phone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Able to lift 40+ pounds
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Highly professional and dependable
• Must be an energetic self-starter who is driven to succeed
