This position is for a Travel Med Surg Tele Nurse, requiring a minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience, including Epic proficiency. The shift is from 7am to 7pm, with BLS certification required. The unit contains 27 beds, with approximately 10-12 observation patients at any given time, alongside acute med surg patients admitted for various reasons such as stroke. Note that the unit includes a virtual RN assisting with certain duties, operating under a team model that may impact nurse to patient ratios.
