Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg

Location: Alamosa CO

Schedule: FullTime

Salary Range: $30.00 $41.89 per hour

(Note: Actual salary may vary based on skills experience and comparison to other employees in this role.)

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our Med/Surg department. As an RN you will provide nursing care to patients assess their needs initiate appropriate nursing treatments and report symptoms and conditions to medical staff. You will also assist with invasive procedures administer medications document care and collaborate with your team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Licensure: Active Colorado Registered Nurse license
• Certifications: Current AHA and BLS certification required upon hire

Responsibilities:

• Assist plan implement and evaluate the delivery of care to meet nursing and hospital standards
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments using approved techniques
• Maintain awareness of patient comfort and safety needs
• Observe and record patient conditions and reactions and notify physicians of any significant incidents
• Respond to situations based on nursing standards policies and protocols
• Document patient history and physical assessments

Shift Differentials:

• Weekday Night Shift: $4.00/hr
• Weekend Day Shift: $4.00/hr
• Weekend Night Shift: $5.00/hr
