The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care in an operating room setting, with a focus on scrubbing and circulating for various surgical specialties. The role requires experience in a Level 1 Trauma environment and strong collaboration within the surgical team.

Responsibilities:
- Scrub and circulate for surgical procedures.
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients undergoing surgery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
- Ensure patient safety throughout the surgical process.
- Document patient care and procedures accurately.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Level 1 Trauma Experience.
- Must scrub and circulate.
- Experience in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, and General Surgery.

- Experience in Neurosurgery (crani and spine), Open Heart/Thoracic, Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology.
Special Considerations:
- On-call required: One 12-hour shift per month on a Saturday or Sunday (7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM). No weekday call.
- RTO: Maximum of 5 days, with no more than 2 consecutive days. No RTO the day prior to or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
