ENTRY - Zero to 1 year of recruiter experience. You have either never done recruitment or less than 2 years of recruitment. Unfortunately, you are not what we are seeking.

JUNIOR - At least 2 years of experience and no more than 4 total years of recruiting experience with the title of "Recruiter" on your resume - YES, WE WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH YOU.

MID-ADVANCE LEVEL - 4+ years of experience in recruitment. You are a rock star! Elite, and know your stuff. Unfortunately, you are not what we are seeking.

We seek a dynamic Recruiter (Junior) who is passionate about high-volume recruiting and wants to deliver an outstanding candidate experience for our Dallas office in the Oaklawn area.

The Job:

  • Compliance: All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times.
  • High-Volume: You will make consistent calls daily, screening candidates and setting them up for interviews.
  • Buy-in: You will speak with hiring managers daily in person, updating them on job requisitions and candidates.
  • Offers: You will work with the HR team to create offers and make offers to candidates.

  • Able to recruit in multi-state environments.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize requisitions according to requested needs.
  • Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process.

Qualifications: 

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting within a high-volume environment.
  • Law firm recruiting experience a plus.
  • Past applicant tracking system use is required. JazzHR knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Legal industry knowledge is a plus but not a must.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred for this role but not required.

Total Compensation Package:

  • $45,000 - $52,000 a year to start + annual discretionary bonus ~ Depending on experience
