Full Desk Recruiter - Remote 80% Commission
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 1099 Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. This role offers the freedom to work remotely with no territorial boundaries, allowing you to focus on recruiting, business development, job-order generation, and account management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Generate new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.

Proven track record in recruitment and staffing.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency in recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM).
