We’re seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team! Reliability, trustworthiness and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job. The ability to regularly and timely attend work, cooperative and politely work and deal with others, and to effectively multi-task and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job. Sort incoming mail and faxes. * Make sure all outgoing mail, fazes and special mail pieces including Fed Ex, certified mail, and other items are processed promptly. * Assist with maintenance and compliance of personnel files as directed. * Assist with maintenance and compliance of I-9 files as directed. Requirements: * Excellent phone skills. * Ability to handle a multi-line telephone system including transfers to voice mail. * Ability to take messages accurately and direct calls to the appropriate department. * Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. * Ability to distribute a multitude of incoming faxes. * Ability to sort and distribute incoming mail. * Ability to send packages and mail via Fed Ex, US Postal Service, Airborne, Certified Mail, etc. * Ability to use internet and email systems as needed. * Working knowledge of computers, ten key and other office machines. * Proficiency in word processing, spread sheets and other related computer programs.
