Peoria Lawn in Bartonville, IL is looking for one receptionist to join our team. We are located on 4201 Pfeiffer Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and has great work ethics.

Responsibilities:

You will assist the owner in completing many office tasks daily such as:

• Assign and Route Trucks and Techs 1st thing in the morning
• Greet and Welcome Guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls, emails, and other platforms clients communicate through.
• Respond to requests for estimate
• Adjust and send out invoices
• Scan and/or file receipts using QuickBooks and/or other accounting software
• Organize and schedule meetings as needed
• Maintaining office cleanliness and keeping it presentably organized
• Assist in Managing Rental Properties

Qualifications:

• Experience as receptionist, accounting, and/or office manager.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Etc.
• Be familiar with or adaptable to new software and technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone mannerisms.
• Time management and organizational skills
• Rental Property Management is a Plus.

Hours:

• Lawn Care Season: You can expect 20-40 Hours. This greatly depends on how well the team does in taking care of clients and your overall work ethics in the office to help keep them busy in the field.
• Winter Season: Depends greatly on snow, but hours tend to be 10-20 hours per week during the winter season which is from Mid-December to Mid-March. The more skills you possess, the more I can keep you busy during the winter months.
