Important Note for Prospective Agents:

If you are not currently licensed and require a stable income immediately, we suggest maintaining your current employment while pursuing your real estate license in your free time. This strategy is common among our agents, as we do not offer hourly positions for those attending real estate school.

Responsibilities

• Lead generating to build out a successful pipeline, prospect new lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, social media, and open houses
• Working closely with buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction
• Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
