Job Description

We are currently seeking to IMMEDIATELY hire a reliable and experienced PROPERTY MANAGER who is focused on customer service to join our growing team. In this position, you will coordinate the leasing and tenant management of our properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day requirements of the property.
• Collect rent, utility, and other payments; enforce late fees for tardy payments.
• Negotiate lease contracts.
• Establish communication for repairs and emergencies.
• Manage all property personnel (landscapers, cleaning crews, etc.)
• Maintain a positive relationship with renters and tenants.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual in Spanish
• Must have at least 3 years of property management experience.
• Must be able to manage an apartment complex with at least 100-300 units.
• Computer Savvy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of marketing and advertising rental spaces.
