Full-Time position available, base schedule is Monday - Friday, nights and weekends are required as needed to host events. Schedule flexibility is a must.

The Promotional Manager is responsible for promoting the business and supervising the Assistant Promotional Director, Visual Merchandising Manager (Books), Digital Media Coordinator, Event Hosts/Marketing Assistants. This position reports to the CEO. In addition to managing a team, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and overseeing all aspects of promotions and marketing in collaboration with the CEO.
• Developing and managing the events programs.
• Overseeing the website and social media.
• Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with external partners including publishers and community groups to grow sales.
• Overseeing external and internal communications.

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, skilled at public speaking, self motivated, creative, energetic, positive, and a team player. Emotional intelligence, along with strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Management experience and experience utilizing marketing analytics for social media and websites and event planning preferred.
