Position: Full-Time
Successful NYC Architecture & Engineering firm is looking for a Project Manager to work on our largest team, with a team leader who is extremely passionate about what we do. Project Manager Qualifications and Experience Needed:
Must have experience with NYC FISP.
Must have a 4-year degree in Architecture or Engineering.
Must have excellent writing skills.
Experience with Rope Access is a plus.
Project Management Training is a plus.
Having a PE license in the state of New York is a plus.


Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify new work opportunities and inform Client Services of potential projects with new or current clients.
Provide overall administrative and technical management support on new facade/roofing opportunities from proposal preparation through final acceptance by client.
Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy; provide coordination of project designs with other disciplines.
Examine building exterior envelopes, develop work scopes, and provide budget projections.
Prepare construction documents and details to address all deficiencies in accordance with DOB and LPC requirements/guidelines.
Conduct contractor bid solicitations/reviews.
Perform construction observation and special inspections, issue site visit reports, and establish on-going dialogue with LPC, if applicable.
Create and maintain project schedules, issue change orders, review payment applications and oversee completion of project close-out.
Actively monitor project budgets to ensure profitability and develop/maintain client relationships.

Since our founding in 1987 we have helped owners, managers, and co-op and condo boards keep their buildings well maintained, operating efficiently, and looking good.
We work on many different types of projects, MEP, Faade, Structural, Architectural, and Forensics. From faade inspections and repair programs, HVAC programs, physical condition surveys, some new development and commercial, lobby renovations, the list goes on. We have all of the disciplines in house, including expediting, business development, client services, so there is truly no building project we cannot handle.
