Job Description

• Assist in project management for a team comprising designers and design managers within the Global Production Design team.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of key art and creative projects , ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders and partners.
• Manage tasks such as resource allocation, scheduling, stakeholder sign-off , and risk management.
• Facilitate team stand-ups and design meetings, addressing impediments within the team and external dependencies.
• Plan and track tasks using Jira , ensuring tickets are up-to-date and deliverables are properly documented.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, project tracking, and workflow processes.
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-project program management in either traditional or creative project management settings.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Google Suite , and communication platforms such as Slack .
• A proactive, resourceful approach with the ability to thrive in a creative and deadline-driven environment .
• Excellent communication, listening, and progress reporting skills .
• A creative mindset, bringing ideas to organize and manage complex, time-sensitive requests for design and creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BS/BA) or a related field.
• Scrum Master certification or familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with designers, content managers, creative marketing, or video operations teams.
• Familiarity with design asset tools like Figma and Adobe Photoshop .
