Amazon is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic and tactical, cross-functional operations and technology projects.

This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

This position will be part of an exciting, fast moving and growing business team. About the team
The grocery distribution center operations integration team (GDC OI) is a small group responsible for all projects impacting our network of three distribution centers. We connect upstream processes and systems with the GDC's operations teams, ensuring that GDCs are setup for success. At the same time, we look downstream at the spokes with a similar viewpoint, and ensure that our actions are in their best interests. Key aspects of our team's role in the supply chain include KPI development, reporting optimization, process design, and executional leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Ability to work in warehouse daily on feet and walking for 40+ hours per week.
