Job Description
_As a Production Scheduler I here at Honeywell, you will support globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand._
_In this role, you will support and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues. to the development of the production planning process and identify areas for improvement_
Key Responsibilities
+ Analyze demand and supply balance and recommend schedule changes
+ Monitor manufacturing performance and evaluate results against the master production schedule
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize resources and execute production plans
+ Participate in monthly supply review meetings to approve production plans and discuss mitigation plans
+ Contribute to the development of the production planning process and identify areas for improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Required experience in the similar field should be enough.
+ Required trait

+ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
+ Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing
+ Good knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems
+ APICS or CPIM Certification
+ Project management and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to solve complex organizational problems
+ Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
+ Experience in leading/driving change
