Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in PL/SQL and Facets with domain expertise in Pre-Adjudication Medicare & Medicaid Claims Benefits Configuration and FACETS-Healthcare. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our company’s success and make a positive impact on society.
Certifications Required Certified FACETS Professional Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate
Responsibilities - Lead the analysis and design of complex healthcare systems using PL/SQL and Facets.
- Oversee the configuration and implementation of Benefits Configuration in FACETS-Healthcare.
- Provide expert guidance on Pre-Adjudication processes to ensure accurate claims processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Medicare & Medicaid Claims workflows.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system enhancements and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all system implementations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Facets.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align system capabilities with business goals.
- Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and technical skills.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications - Possess strong technical skills in PL/SQL and Facets.
- Have domain expertise in Pre-Adjudication Medicare & Medicaid Claims Benefits Configuration and FACETS-Healthcare.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.
Salary And Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
