Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000

NO REMOTE

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems are safe, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical processing systems and workflows.
• Conduct process simulations and evaluate system performance.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop and implement new processes.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments such as HAZOP to identify potential safety issues.
• Assist in the design and layout of fabrication and equipment systems.
• Utilize software tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD for equipment design.
• Work with electrical instrumentation to ensure process control and automation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in process engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Experience in fabrication and equipment design is desirable.
• Knowledge of ASME standards and HAZOP analysis preferred.
• Understanding of electrical instrumentation and automation is beneficial.
