What They Do: Our client is an Event Technology company who works with large and small corporate brands ensuring their virtual and on-site events run smoothly using their cutting-edge technology. Features include Event Registration, Check-in, Attendance Tracking, Lead Retrieval, and more! 

THE ROLE

The Printing Production Manager will be responsible for scheduling and planning activities to produce the volumes necessary to meet customer needs. The majority of this position’s time is spent in the office/warehouse, supervising operations, monitoring and assuring quality, and directing production employees.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Works closely with the COO and CXO in planning production to meet departmental goals

  • Work with Event Success Managers to ensure all of their event hardware requirements are met 

  • Manage the print production schedule, equipment usage, and tools to ensure all materials/hardware needed are produced and delivered on time.

  • Manages housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment and ensures that housekeeping initiatives/standards are met.

  • Creates an environment that facilities a teamwork culture within the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • College degree or 3+ years of applicable leadership experience required

  • General office environment with a high exposure to the production environment preferred

  • Experience using Google Docs/Sheets/MS Office.

  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce.com

  • Ability to supervise, manage and facilitate others in a positive way.

  • Ability to organize schedules, people, and equipment for maximum production.
