Flexo Operator – Seeking Candidates with Die Cutting Experience

We are looking for a skilled Flexo Operator , and we are especially interested in candidates with die cutting experience . If you have worked with die cutting machines or have a strong background in both flexographic printing and die cutting within the printing and packaging industry, we encourage you to apply!

1st and 2nd Shift Available!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup, operate, monitor, and maintain flexographic printing press and/or die cutting machines
• Follow work instructions on job tickets
• Independently perform changeover functions on equipment
• Adhere to quality control procedures and perform product inspections as necessary
• Meet output, waste, and quality inspection standards
• Accurately complete required production documentation and sign-offs
• Other duties as assigned

PAY RATE

• Starting at $25.00 to $38+ per hour (depending on experience)
• Shift differentials: 2nd shift +$1.50/hour

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED OR 1 year of related experience/training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Machine operating experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Flexo press experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Die cutting experience: Highly preferred
