What You'll Do:
Design and Deliver Engaging Training: Create dynamic, workflow-based training materials, including eLearnings, job aids, and Learning Home Dashboards.
Build and Maintain the Training Environment: Develop, test, and maintain the Epic training environment, ensuring it accurately reflects real-world scenarios.
Train and Mentor Credentialed Trainers: Empower and support classroom trainers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver effective training.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with operational stakeholders, subject matter experts, and analysts to align training with approved workflows.
Provide End-User Support: Offer onsite or remote support to operational users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Beaker application.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Gather end-user feedback and identify opportunities to enhance system design and implementation.
Manage Training Updates: Coordinate training for new software releases and updates, ensuring our staff stays up-to-date.
Ensure Training Logistics: Collaborate with Training Logistics Coordinators to schedule classes and support.
Maintain Documentation: Update policy and procedure documentation related to training.
Troubleshoot technical issues: Problem solve application and technical issues related to training environments.

What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
Knowledge of adult learning and teaching principles.
Expert knowledge of the healthcare industry.
Two+ years of experience designing and delivering software training for large healthcare systems (preferred).
Prior experience with Epic Systems (preferred).
Proven track record of delivering projects on time.
Experience with multiple MST Builds, full-cycle implementations, post-live support, and quarterly upgrades (preferred).
Ability to attend application training, Principal Trainer training, and complete certification.
Epic certification or proficiency (required within 6 months of employment).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
