SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for all metal finishing processes and ensuring that all required processes are completed to produce parts that meet quality and ISO standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Polishing deburring detailed masking blasting inprocess cleaning of surgical instruments and implants
Inspects products to blueprint specifications.
Utilizes and completes documentation as required.
Understands and follows policies and procedures.
Ensures general upkeep of equipment organized and clean work area.
Complies with ISO policies and procedures.
Troubleshoots problems associated with equipment tooling and processes.
Follow basic instructions.
