Location

This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States and Canada, except for the following U.S. states: Washington, California, Nevada, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, and Rhode Island.

About the Role

As a Performance PR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing affiliate and mass media partnerships to drive performance-based marketing success. You'll work closely with clients and publishers to create strategic programs, optimize campaigns, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders. Your ability to analyze trends, foster partnerships, and execute high-impact promotions will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
Develop and implement strategic program plans with senior team support.
Analyze industry trends to craft effective marketing strategies.
Coordinate promotional activities and gather key campaign details.
Proactively optimize program performance based on market insights.
Provide regular updates and insights to Account Directors.
Recruit and nurture impactful partnerships with mass media and affiliate partners.
Negotiate favorable deals and placements to maximize program value.
Monitor and analyze program and publisher performance.
Deliver comprehensive monthly reports to clients.
Utilize technology and data analysis tools to drive program efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices.
Maintain consistent program growth and client satisfaction.
