Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled People Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing employee data to provide insights that drive strategic decisions and improve organizational performance, with a strong emphasis on predictive analytics and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Essential Duties - Conduct advanced statistical analyses, with a focus on predictive analytics, to support HR initiatives.
- Play a key role in workforce planning by providing data-driven recommendations.
- Analyze employee data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Implement automation to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
- Present findings to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in HR or people analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Databricks, Python, R, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems.
