Honeybee Hires is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists for an established pediatric private practice that fosters a strong & supportive community.

• Clinician-Owned and Operated : Over 19 years servicing the pediatric community.
• Multidisciplinary Team : Including Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists
• Program Involvement : Participation in Special Olympics, Carnival and Resource Fairs, and Animal-Assisted Therapy.
• Tailored Therapy Plans : Customized treatment approaches to meet each child’s specific developmental goals and needs. .

Position Highlights:

• Competitive Compensation : $51-$60/hour OR $71k-$87k/year salary option available DOE
• Flexible Schedule Options : choose a schedule that best fits your needs, 4 or 5 days per week.
• Customized Care : Conduct assessments and create tailored therapy plans focused on the child as a whole
• Lasting Impact : Help children of varying developmental levels gain independence in ADLs
• Collaborative Approach : Seamless teamwork between therapists and the child’s care team to ensure consistent progress and comprehensive support.

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Texas Occupational Therapy License
• Ability to work in-person in Southwest Houston
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
