Job Position: Payroll Specialist/ (Full Time Position).

Saranto LLC is a full-service public accounting firm seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing financial records across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for clients using ADP Run .
• File payroll tax returns accurately and on time.
• Prepare, examine, and maintain financial records for multiple clients.
• Perform accurate data entry, account reconciliations, and transaction verifications.
• Analyze and verify balance sheet accounts.
• Obtain and input financial data into accounting systems.
• Maintain clear, organized documentation for all bookkeeping and payroll activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in payroll processing and bookkeeping (public accounting firm experience preferred).
• MUST have experience with ADP Run.
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment.
