About Us:

• Colorado Springs Therapy Center has three outpatient clinics that offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to children and adults in caring environments centered on patients and families. CSTC has been providing excellent care in the Colorado Springs area since 2006 and has been selected as one of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for the last four+ years. We currently have an opening for a Patient Care Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our amazing team! This position will likely require travel to cover the front desk of each of our 3 offices, as well as other administrative tasks. (Our offices are off S Circle Drive & 25, Dublin & Powers area, and close to Chapel Hills Mall.) This position will likely be between 28-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Duties include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling therapy visits, collecting copays, and completing additional administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or scheduling role is preferred. Additional compensation is available for applicants fluent in both Spanish and English.
