About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing discovery processes and supporting our attorneys in various litigation matters. This is a great opportunity for an individual with hands-on paralegal experience who is ready to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage discovery in litigated cases, including drafting and responding to written discovery.
• Summarize discovery responses and organize critical case information.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery-related events, such as depositions and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for attorney review.
• Maintain organized case files and assist with trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of paralegal experience, with a strong emphasis on discovery management.
• Familiarity with civil litigation processes and legal terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• No formal certification is required with sufficient experience.
