Your Role as Outside Service Procurement Associate:

As an Outside Service Procurement Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the supply chain flow of the company by issuing purchase orders, expediting orders, and providing quotes for sales. This entry-level role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Purchasing & Vendor Coordination

• Issue and manage purchase orders with outside service vendors.

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to ensure accuracy and alignment with production schedules.

🔹 Order Management & Support

• Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery.

• Provide accurate and timely quotes to the sales team.

• Manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

🔹 Team Collaboration

• Support the supply chain process by ensuring outside services align with production needs.

• Work independently while contributing as a collaborative team player.

🔹 Other Duties as Assigned
