Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Pick and pack products based on daily orders using RF scanners or pick sheets
Ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards before shipping
Label and prepare shipments following company procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist in inventory counting and restocking as needed
Follow company policies and safety guidelines always
Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in warehouse or order picking roles a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Team player with good communication skills
