The primary responsibility of the Operations Relationship Banker (ORB) is to ensure documentation and transaction accuracy and proficiency of all branch associates by providing direction, coaching, problem solving, guidance, and monitoring for exception and error prevention and resolution regarding all operational and compliance-related items. The ORB will also serve as the Financial Center champion for coaching and guiding associates to deliver a consistent customer experience that exceeds goal. The ORB will provide expert financial solutions to existing and prospective clients by assessing their financial needs and offering solutions through bank products and services to help clients accomplish their current and future financial goals. The ORB will be responsible for building, expanding, and retaining existing client relationships while providing exceptional client experience and to exceed established individual and branch goals. Additional duties include assisting clients with account service and maintenance requests, teller transactions, problem resolution, and other transactional needs as a professional and positive Simmons Ambassador. All Relationship Banker positions will receive the same training on all requisite products, services, and needs based conversations, with additional training for the Operations Relationship Banker as a subject matter expert (SME) on operational policy, procedures, and regulatory items.
