Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred .
• 2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or business consulting .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment .
• Proficiency in workflow optimization tools, CRM, or business intelligence software .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies .
• Knowledge of data analysis and operational reporting tools .
• Previous consulting or advisory experience in business operations or process automation .

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience).
