*Hybrid 3x week in Charlotte, NC*

My industry leading client in the Fintech space is looking for an exception Okta SSO Administrator to join their growing team. In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day administration of Okta, Sending out updates, as well as any and all automation to enhance the current environment.

Rate: $50 - $55 / hr. w2

• Design, own, and drive IT projects to accelerate the integration of systems and processes with our parent company.
• Support users in resolving problems with IT and 3rd party systems.
• Assist in machine provisioning, onboarding, and other key processes.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software applications, networking, and other technical issues.
• Develop and document best practices, tools, and tips, enhancing internal troubleshooting processes
• Timely resolution to problems and serve as a point of escalation for team and users
• Develop processes for reviewing, testing, documenting, and improving practices within the team around security, automation, and issue response.
• Engage with partners throughout the organization to proactively address concerns and technical pain points.

• Ideal candidates will have experience with:
  • Okta SSO administration
  • Suite (google workspace)
  • Mac and PC
  • Any cloud experience is a plus (GCP/Azure/AWS)
• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or management with demonstrable success and impact.
• Experience managing IT systems and processes.
• Strong technical skills in G Suite and Okta support.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Skills Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Jira and Slack.
• Basic networking knowledge.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
