Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The PT will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical conditions that limit their mobility and daily functioning. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, developing personalized treatment plans to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore function.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions, medical histories, and treatment goals.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
Utilize various therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to treat patients.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensure: Must hold a valid state license or be eligible for licensure.
Certifications: CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
