Position: Mortgage Recruiter / Telemarketer
Location: 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere!)
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
⏰ Schedule: Flexible - Work Your Own Hours

What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to mortgage professionals and real estate agents, presenting exciting career opportunities
Recruit and qualify top mortgage talent through phone, email, and social media
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and industry professionals
Track leads, follow-ups, and recruitment progress to maximize success
Share professionally created videos to educate and engage potential recruits

What We're Looking For:
✔ Experience in Recruiting, Sales, or Telemarketing (Mortgage or Real Estate industry experience is a plus, but not required)
✔ Excellent Communication & Phone Skills - Confident, engaging, and persuasive
✔ Self-Starter & Highly Motivated - Thrive in an independent work environment
✔ Strong Networking Abilities - Build long-term relationships and grow your pipeline
✔ Reliable Internet & Workspace - Ability to work remotely without distractions
