We are expanding our team and seeking a Mindset & Success Coach who is ready to step into their next level of purpose, impact, and income — and who has the heart, confidence, and leadership presence to guide others through meaningful transformation.

This role blends high-ticket sales, relationship-building, coaching, and attraction marketing . The ideal candidate thrives in high-frequency, high-vibe environments, is familiar with mindset work or personal development, and is ready to inspire clients to invest in transformative experiences.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a professional who:

• Has 5+ years of experience in sales, coaching, personal development, or related fields
• Is an ambitious self-starter who works independently and with a team
• Embodies a growth mindset and a genuine desire for personal and professional evolution
• Is coachable, open, and able to implement proven frameworks
• Communicates with warmth, professionalism, and high-frequency energy
• Prefers performance-based compensation over hourly wage
• Commits to daily self-development and aligned leadership

Responsibilities

As a Mindset & Success Coach, you will:

• Connect with prospective clients via phone, Zoom, or other channels
• Guide individuals through high-ticket enrollment conversations with clarity, confidence, and heart
• Apply aligned attraction marketing strategies to nurture leads and build relationships
• Collaborate with the team to expand the reach of our programs and global events
• Participate in daily training, personal development, and leadership cultivation
• Represent the mission, values, and offerings of Quantum Leap Mindset in a way that inspires and empowers
