Job Description

Installing structural steel, metal roofing, metal siding, and insulation systems.

95% of work is Western Washington but some projects require being out of town 3 or 4 nights a week.

Hotel & Per Diem for out of town work.

Minimum Requirements

• Have grit and hustle…Understand that more effort on your part means more pay.
• Be able to solve problems.
• Able to use smart phone apps for time keeping and reviewing plans.
• Don’t be flaky! We are serious about our business and need you to be serious about yours.
• Have motorized transportation & legal ability to drive.
• Be prepared to drive up to one hour each way to jobsites.
• Show up every day on time ready to work with basic PPE (Hardhat, gloves, boots, hi-vis vest or jacket).
• Be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
• Minimum hand tools (tape measure, square, utility knife, pencil, and tool belt to hold them).
• NO Current legal issues. Past convictions overlooked on a case by case review.
