Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our telehealth team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful support to children and families while working from the comfort of your home.

Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychological Testing and Diagnosis, Behavioral Therapy, Music Therapy, and Art Therapy, all working collaboratively to support the holistic development of each child.
This role offers a flexible schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time work, you'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your caseload with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. We also offer both W2 and contract positions, with the added benefit of paid administrative hours based on your caseload.

Responsibilities:
Educate clients, families, and caregivers about mental health disorders and therapeutic strategies.
Implement and review treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
Collaborate with other treatment providers and agencies involved in the child's care.
Provide progress updates to caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals.
Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid, state-issued professional counseling license.
Strong understanding of various mental health disorders, their causes, and treatment approaches.
Experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with technology, including computers, Zoom, and healthcare EMRs.
