Job Description

Large Miami law is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to handle the firm’s matter and file closing process. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of matter/file closures, including:

• Monitoring and tracking requests
• Preparing closing letters
• Entering and maintaining data in the firm’s financial system
• Ensuring compliance with firm protocols
• Collaborating with attorneys and administrative teams to support ongoing projects

The position may also provide occasional back-up support at the reception desk.

Qualifications:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience in a major law firm preferred
