Are you looking to work in a climate-controlled facility? Openwork is looking for Textile Machine Operators for a textile company in Inman, South Carolina.

This role may perform all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes making sure the machine operators have their products and keep the machines clean. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Textile Material Handlers:

• Pay Rate: $15.00 Per Hour with a $0.75 weekly perfect attendance incentive to equal.
• Hours: 2nd shift 4:00 pm - 12:00 am. Will train on first before going to second shift 8:00 am- 4:00 pm

Job Duties:

• Keep empty cans in the can changer at cards.
• Push full card sliver cans to draw.
• Push empty cans to cards.
• Make sure the machine operators are stocked with full totes of empty spools.
• Take the full totes spools to the next department.
• Load full barrels of material into the conveyor rack.

• The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The position involves sitting, walking, and lifting throughout the day.
