Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Healthcare Marketing Specialist to lead marketing initiatives for our healthcare staffing services. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and candidate/client engagement through strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate understands the healthcare industry, recruitment trends, and how to position staffing services to both employers and healthcare professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to attract healthcare employers and clinical talent ( nurses, medical assistants, phlebotomists, etc .).
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and the company website.
  • Create compelling content for recruitment ads, blog posts, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting and sales teams to support the lead generation, nurture campaigns, and job promotion.
  • Track campaign performance metrics ( e.g., cost-per-lead, conversion rates ) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate participation in industry conferences, job fairs, and virtual events.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to segment audiences and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends in healthcare staffing.

· Ensure all marketing efforts align with company values and comply with HIPAA and industry standards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, masters degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or B2B services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools ( LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc .).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and CMS platforms ( HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, etc .).

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of healthcare job boards, staffing trends, and credentialing requirements.
  • Experience with graphic design ( Canva, Adobe Creative Suite ).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus however not required.
  • Basic video editing or social media reel creation skills.
