Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies across digital and traditional channels. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in marketing, a creative mindset, and an eagerness to make an impact through effective marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, email newsletters, and the company website.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the coordination of events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Help with the creation and management of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or design tools is a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and Google Analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
