About the Role:As a Marketing Assistant at Style Netbox, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. You will assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of creative campaigns and see firsthand how impactful marketing can shape the success of a brand. Responsibilities:

• Support in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.).
• Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Help create and design marketing materials including social media posts, emails, and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on metrics and results.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating events.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative, organized, and passionate about marketing and branding.
