We’re Hiring: Marketing and Communications Manager (Multilingual) | Coral Springs, FL | Full-Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a  multilingual Marketing and Communications Manager  to lead our branding, digital marketing, and organizational communications initiatives. This high-impact role will directly support the growth and positioning of our brand across multicultural markets. Ideal for a strategic leader with a global mindset and a passion for connecting cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated, multichannel marketing and communication strategies.
• Adapt and manage brand messaging and voice for English-, Spanish-, and Hebrew-speaking audiences.
• Plan and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, content strategy, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and internal communications.
• Manage public relations efforts and coordinate with media outlets to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on campaign impact and ROI.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Required

Qualifications

• Fluency in  English, Spanish, and Hebrew  (verbal and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising and Organizational Communication.
• MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide up to 50% of the time.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate event planning and execution.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, online advertising platforms, and SEO strategies.
• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
